Return & Refund
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue you a refund accordingly.
Post-delivery, we will only be able to accept any product returns that are still in original packaging and have a quality issue.
- Return Policy - Time Limits:
- 1- Perishable goods: Within 24 hours from the delivery date.
- 2- Non Perishable goods : Within 7 days from the delivery date.
Note: As a Covid-19 safety and hygiene measure, we will not pick up any goods post-delivery. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery. For refund purposes, our members must bring the products to any one of our stores.
